How may we be of service?



We begin with a consultation to determine your interests and needs. Together, we will develop a plan, which is to be approved by you and your healthcare provider. Then, we work with you within a variety of healing arts modalities. Many practices, for example yoga therapy, yoga art therapy, meditation therapy, massage therapy, and energy therapy, can be done one-to-one in the comfort of your home. For certain modalities, such as, acupuncture, art therapy, music therapy, chiropractic care, and other complementary therapies, you will be referred to a local practitioner.
